Whether it is a press release, basic information or a customer magazine: for years, STROOMER has been continuously synchronising communication by the GLS Group in its core market Europe. Aim

One Europe, one power, one success – with that slogan, the GLS Group has been conquering the European parcel market step by step since the turn of the millennium. All measures are always intended to ensure consistent communication, while keeping in mind the individuality of the specific countries. Journalists and important stakeholders need to be addressed – in their local language, where possible. For an internationally recognised brand with positive connotations.

Approach

GLS uses STROOMER as its lead agency for the task of supporting the different national subsidiaries with their communications needs.  We have been working closely with GLS Corporate Communication and the GLS national subsidiaries for more than 20 years as a competent, objective point of intersection. Our team comprises employees with intercultural expertise and specific know-how in individual communication disciplines.

Result

A journalist event in France. Interviews in Spain. Preparation of case studies in Italy. Via STROOMER, GLS completes communications tasks at a national level without losing sight of the big picture. With a Europe-wide edition and national pages, we also ensure a consistent GLS language with national nuances when producing the customer magazine InSight. We maintain the Group website, support the national subsidiaries and handle approvals via Corporate Communication.
