All information at a glance

With titles from the romance, romantic fantasy and suspense genres, the Oetinger publishing group has launched the new paperback label Moon Notes for the 16+-target group. In addition to the launch of an Instagram channel, a separate, publisher-independent website was desired as a content hub for the target group.

Objective

Short portraits of the authors with personal keywords, information about the published books including descriptions of their contents, or news from and about the label: on the website, users should find all information about Moon Notes, but the community idea should also play a central role. It was important to Oetinger that the website be inclusive, i.e. as barrier-free as possible, in order to make it accessible to many people.

Approach

From navigation structure and an SEO cluster to graphic design, content creation and integration – we implemented the project as a team of consultants, online designers and graphic designers and in close cooperation with the company.

The website, which is largely barrier-free, offers easily accessible information, but also "extras" such as cover downloads or wallpapers – and all this in a design that matches the book covers. The community itself is also prominently represented via a social wall and quotes on the individual books.
